1) The item is significantly different from the description in the listing
2) If the customer has ordered an item of the wrong size, Cosplayboss will still accept the return. However, the customer needs to bear the cost of the return the item to us.
3) For customised items, if the customer has given the wrong measurements, the item can be shipped back to us for revisions where possible. However, the cost of revision and the return postage will be born by the customer
Returns and Exchange is not possible for the following:
1)Items returned have been damaged
2) Items that has been used and washed
3) Items that carry undesirable smells
4) Items with stains and blemishes
5) Items that has been used.
6) Items that contain stains.
Please note that returns can only be processed after items has been recieved. Customers must inform Cosplayboss within 7 days of receiving the item if they will like to return/exchange.
Wrong/Incorrect Delivery Address
Cosplayboss will ship all orders to the address provided by the customer.
Hence, the customer needs to provide the correct address.
If there is an address change before the item has been shipped out, we will ship to
the revised address. However, if the revised address comes after the item has been shipped, the customer has to retrieve the item and Cosplayboss will not be held liable.
We do not guarantee that we will will receive your returned item.
Please note we typically ship within 24 to 48 hours.
1) Order Cancellation requests made within 24 hours will be eligible for the full refund.
2) Orders cancelled after 24 hours to 72 hours will be eligible for a full refund if the item has not been shipped.
3) Orders cancelled after 72 hours will be eligible for a full shipping refund only.
4) If the order has been shipped, no cancellation is allowed.
5) Please refer to the Return policy as above after item has been shipped.
